It's a Flannie!
Meet Cody Bear! Cody is the first in my new line of products for Gear4Guys. He is an all flannel plush polar bear that comes with flannel boxer shorts, a fishing pole, and three magnetic flannel fish. Gear4Guys tries to offer an assortment of items for the guy population out there, and now I am including little guys! Flannies will all have accessories that accompany the animal to foster creative imaginary play and hopefully get kids off the 'devices' that monopolize too many of their days. Everything is washable for easy care.
Cody is named after my 6th child who was here when I finished everything. He officially declared it "cool" after examining it! Cody is almost 16, plays soccer, loves the outdoors, hopes to go on a week long camping trip this summer, goes to Mexico in the summer for a missions outreach, and is really an awesome guy! He has lots of personality and character, is very fun loving, a great friend to many, and truly loves God. Can't ask for much more! I plan on naming five more Flannies after my other sons, and if I make a cat counterpart for my CatCalls shop, I will name her after my daughter.

I love the plush Cody and the real Cody :) They both sound wonderful and you sound like you must be a really great mom!
ReplyDeleteAlso love the idea of fostering "creative imaginary play" instead of relying so much on electronics that can sometimes be mind-numbing.
Nice bear!
